haha funny you posted this video..we came across this at work at my assistant challenged me to be able to do 3 reps of every exercise by the end of February. IT'S ON LIKE DONKEY KONG!

Holy hell, that's ridiculous. A clapping pullup!?! And how high you gonna set that box on the one leg box jump? One arm hangng leg lifts? Holy Moly.

I like how people are just staring at the end. This guy is obviously military and it looks like a base gym, so I imagine most folks in there are jamming for their annual PT rating. Probably thinking I got no chance if this guy is rating the performances! And what's he doing in here anyway, shouldn't he be at the X games or something. Ha Ha.

Insteresting. He must be a trainer. Looks like that gym is over in the sand somewhere, and service members who are deployed can only dress in PT's or their uniform, so no civilian clothes like he's wearing.

He's definitely a beast. How crazy are those triceps?
