Get back on track. Do not feel sorry for yourself that you were doing good. Just pick up the pieces where you left off and vow to work harder and stronger. That is all that you can do, and this time really give it your all.

The only failure is not trying again.

For example, Hunterace...dude has a cracked skull and a headache 24 hours per day...and his lifts are kicking my ass! (not for long though )Look around, whatever your goal or lifting style you'll find support and motivation here.
