I was doing so well
I was doing so well. Was is the key word here. then I feel off the bandwagon and went back to my old ways. Well I am back and going to try to do something about my old ways and really try this time. Wish me luck and just tell me to get my butt in gear as I need as much motivation as I can get. Thanks guys:)

Well at least you realized you feel off the bandwagon. Now it is time just to pick up where you left off, and get your butt in gear again.

Get back on track. Do not feel sorry for yourself that you were doing good. Just pick up the pieces where you left off and vow to work harder and stronger. That is all that you can do, and this time really give it your all.

The only failure is not trying again.
Check my first log post... http://muscleandbrawn.com/forums/306074-post1.html Many of us here are starting over or finding a new way due to age or injury, etc. Lots of inspiring people, many fighting through regular set backs or obstacles. For example, Hunterace...dude has a cracked skull and a headache 24 hours per day...and his lifts are kicking my ass! (not for long though ;) ) Look around, whatever your goal or lifting style you'll find support and motivation here. |
At least you realized that you were doing well and got off track. Now it is the time to make up for it and get going again.

You're only one decision away from being back on track. And never farther than one decision away from falling off again. Stick with it.

Suck it up and drive on!!!

all the best lazette!! you gotta just keep moving. at times you might haveto lift and push your body, command your body to move with your mind.
|
Push yourself to do your best. You can do it and you are worth it. Just remember that.
