For a man of 5ft 9in, that is between 12 stone 4lb and 14 stone 6lb, or for a woman of 5ft 6in, it is between 11 stone 3 lb and 13 stone 4lb. Ideal, healthy weight is defined as a BMI between 18.5 and 25.

Fix the BMI is all I can say.

The definition of overweight is wrong.

I was trying to do some Yoda this year.

Of course BMI is a steaming pile of horse manure and should never be used as a measurement to determine whether or not someone is overweight. According to that nonsense, I would be within the 'ideal' range at 65kg(143 pounds) at 5ft 11!

I need to lose 15 pounds of muscle and get my bodyfat levels to 6% to be healthy, according to the BMI.
