In this case. But it's well known that our friends across the pond definitely cannot pronounce these words:

mirror (pronounced 'myrrh')

warrior (pronounced 'warya')

You can use it externally as well. You can use it for headaches by rubbing a few drops onto the head. Or use it for arthritis this way as well.

I never ingest essential oils. They are super concentrated and can cause harm if not diluted. I only use them topically in lotion, or massage oils.
