Twisted my knee
 

Not 100% sure what I did but somehow I twisted my knee. It is pretty painful right now. Any suggestions on what to do? I have iced it already and took some pain killers.

If it still hurts in a day or two, see a doctor. Otherwise, just stay off it and keep it comfortable.

Ouch feel for you man. I did this skiing when I was in high school. Hurt really bad but after a day or so the pain went away and I was fine. Iced it and stayed off it for the time. Best of luck to you.

I have never twisted my knee but I imagine it feels just as good as twisting your ankle, which I have done many times. Ice was the best remedy for me.
