I use the roll on one, works well. Im going with JBs suggestion as well, nice!

I use BioFreeze and have also tried a cheaper brand but that was utter crap and just ran down the muscle, dripping all over the place, so the cheaper version turned out to be both useless and a waste of money.

I've also used both the red and the white tiger balms and strangely I prefer the white having never noticed much of a heat difference with the red...maybe I'm just weird though

Never used it. I have heard that it works wonders though. After starting to lift though I may have to have some lol.
