Default Upper Body Conditioning

I am looking for some conditioning drills that do not involve legs or lower back.

I like to do conditioning on Tuesdays, but I do not want it to affect my training on Wednesdays. I usually do sled sprints for conditioning.

I have come up with 2 ideas so far:
Heavy Bag Work-probably best option
Upper body drills with sled

Wanted to see if you guys have any other ideas for conditioning of this style. I like to do conditioning but I do not want it to affect my other lifts.

Thanks everybody!

I'm thinking of doing various throws and tosses as well as different kinds of carries. So, things like throwing a tire like a discus, kettlebell tosses and pushes for height and distance, carrying stuff for distance or one handed or a slosh pipe. Stuff like that.

I haven't tried any yet, so don't know how much stuff like that affects your back, but I doubt it would do much to affect your legs.

Anyway, that's what I'm thinking. I'll be interested in what you end up doing.

Push ups or Pull ups with some weight carrying on your back. This weigh would add an additional difficulty that will be more effective to build up upper body and provide good strength and endurance power..
