I just do not understand how it can cure cancer or diabetes. I would say that it is a hoax of some sort.

So thats it.........millions of dollars wasted on cancer research only to find out that coconut oil is the cure.

This is about as believable as bigfoot or santa.

Seeing how diabetes in type 2 form is a cause of the pancreas being a mostly dead organ which cannot be re-developed not sure how a mouthful of oil is gonna fix that by ditching some toxins......
