Spray Zi-Cam. It works wonders for me, with cold/sore throat stuff.

Gargling with Listerine and peroxide works wonders for me. About half and half to gargle with.

Hot tea, or basically any hot drink, cough drops, chicken noodle soup, a steamy shower. All these things will make you feel better.

Careful of the Listerine, it's been proven to be detrimental to teeth...then again so is Peroxide...so, I'm guessing this may be a fun post and not a serious one
