Default Training on the Road - Limited Equipment

Babs and I were talking about possible exercises you could do on the road with limited equipment. So I thought I would start a thread and ask for some ideas.

What would you do on the road to maintain muscle and/or strength with limited equipment?

--10x10 Push ups
--Dips between chairs
--Duffel bag rows

BW squats
One-legged squats (pistol or otherwise)
Supermans
Burpees
Tuck jumps
Flutterkicks
Abs walkouts

Find a park and lift logs/rocks/terrified children/anything else I could find overhead.

Pull-ups, push-ups, pistol squats, boxing, handstand push-ups (if you can), sprinting, etc.

You need several separate scenarios for this one, such as:



1) A room, a doorframe (obviously), a bed, a single chair

2) Number 1 + an outdoor area (park etc)

3) Both of the above + a mini-band or some basic equipment that can be taken along for the trip

4) Number 1 + mini-bands etc
