thats what i would do hit up a swing set and bust out some chins/pushups until you are swole lol

Here is a sample bodyweight workout:

Warm-up

1. Glute Bridges, 3×15

2. Tin Men’s, 1 min

3. Piriformis Stretch, 2×5 each leg

Workout

1A) Beyond the Range Push-ups, 3×20

1B) Bulgarian Split Squats, 3×10 each leg

2A) Pull-ups, 3×8

2B) Walk Walkouts, 2x 1 min (AMAP*, As Many As Possible)

Tempo Bw Squats or Split Squats: 5 count down - hold for 2 count - explode up then repeat. this will build up some good lactic acid in there, you can do the same thing with push-ups. Do this with push-up and you'll experience an intense pump!
