When you're learning unilateral moves, or even at times when you're using barbell movement patterns, do you stop and assess how one side is responding via its motor skill/pattern and then try and replicate that with the other limb? I, personally, use that approach because I feel the weaker side or technically weaker side needs assistance and this seems to work for me. I also find that the best movement pattern (i.e., smoothest or most effecient) doesn't necessarily come from my dominant side; so, my weaker side has something to teach the stronger side/limb. Discuss...

I have issues with left side coordination and strength being sub-par, so I do tend to consciously focus on form and reps more on that side. For example, one arm overhead presses require much more focus.
