Default Biofeedback Training

Anybody heard of this or ever try it? To me, it looks more for the advanced lifter that also knows how to chop and change exercises.


If you watch both vids, you'll get the idea, though for me, since I'm flexible anyway, I doubt it could prove helpful...though I haven't tried it, so you never know...

I just gave this a short test run and much to my surprise, even with my good flexibility, I found that a push-up (full floor style) gave me even more range in the forward bend, immediately afterwards, than a door push-up...I wanted to try two different movements of a similar nature to see what would or would not happen.

I have to say, I was a bit and pleasantly surprised since I was very sceptical, given my very good base flexibility.
