1. Laugh. 2. Don't stress over anything, i'll expand by saying this, which is tremendous You have a problem. Answer yes? Can you do something about? Yes. Then do it. No. Then don't worry. 3. Take a multivitamin. 4. Walk. I try and take a mile walk everyday just to clear my head. 5. Sleep(this is the hardest thing for me to do, working on it)
