flat feet
 

I have very flat feet and they get inflammed once in a while. Anyone else on here have flat feet and what have you done to successfully fix it?

i have flat feet. wore arches for years. now i only wear them in workboots. dont really get pain.

If in pain, try ice or ibuprofen. this should help with the inflammation and pain.

Ice them. Wear better shoes.

Get supports for your feet. Or wear splints to bed. Or you can do exercises to strengthen your feet.
