i take a neurotransmitter precursor the amino l-tyrosine it really seems to help me its worth experimenting with some amino acid therapy, low risk potentially great reward. Whenever I start to feel the blues coming on i take 1.5-2grams of l-tyrosine and within 30 mins I am feeling awesome again

Hi aesthetica,
Agree with your post and regular exercise is not only effective but also safe way to reduce depression. Like to add some effective tips to reduce depression here. Yoga and mild exercises are great to reduce depression, increase water intake and eat fresh fruits and vegetables more in your daily meals. Talk with your friends and family members and share your problems with them. Avoid alcohol, smoking and other stimulants. |

The most dangerous situation for the body, to survive the life be avoid from it sothat you must be always happy and not take any anxiety in any matter just to put the life into the dash to the ground.

Another thing to think about is the meds you are taking if you are on depression pills. They can interact with other meds you are taking and sometimes they make you feel worse, by making you very sleepy and out of it.
