I eat an Avocado everyday!! I also eat very healthy and make sure I get plenty of antioxidants.

Last year I was in primo CV shape with a resting heart rate of 44 BPM, using just my elliptical doing aa mix of Intervals and LISS. Everyone says it's boring, but I am fine with it as long as I have my Ipod. I always got a real rush out of the HIIT.

I have not done any cardio the last few months as I prepare for my powerlifting meet in July. I am planning on doing it again tho after my meet, but doing so on non-lifting days only, with a little core work after-wards.

Running, did 3 miles today, and usually will do this 3-4 x week in the summer. if I dont run I tend to really pack on the pounds as I have done in the last 10 months of school so it'll probably more like 4 times till I get back to my goal weight.

As soon as I get my lifting dialed in 100%. I'm going to go for long walks in the AM to knock some lard off.
