I don't know about other females but when I was at school you got on with it and weren't thinking about your looks; they mention PE in front of boys, in the article, whereas I seem to recall that occurred until about the age of 11y/o and leaving junior school at which point girls and boys tended to exercise separately; though, I have seen girls and boys, at the schools here, on the same playing field doing the same sport together, so maybe that has altered but even so, we didn't care.

Yes babs, the world has changed. Lol, boys and girls play together, when the girls actually participate in physical activity.

But anywho, I just say we beat the children. All problems will be resolved.

We had gym together as well, but many times we were given a choice of what to do. Like stay in the gym and play a team sport or go to the weight room and lift or do an exercise video. Most of the girls choose the weight room bc no one was in there to watch them so they just sat and chatted.

I was talking to a teacher the other day and found out the newest trend doing the rounds is...




...if you're a female and working out, or exercising at school, doing sports and such...you're considered to be a lesbian; yep :confused:


Maybe it's really just a manipualtive technique to stop others exercising and have them fall in line with what the other kids want them to do since girls wouldn't be too thrilled to be called lesbians...not that there is anything wrong with lesbians; I know one that we see regularly and another that I did know searched me out for a Xmas kiss, one year...(nope, you're not getting details ;))

YES! This also applies if you wear a uniform for work. Now, if you wear a uniform for work AND workout -- people definately think you're a lesbian -- doesn't matter how big the rock is on your finger, or how many children you have!

At this point we have enough, and we make up our own details!

I want to know what actual lesbians have to say about all this.

That would be nice to know, actually.

I am still in school and there are girls in my PE class that have to make sure they look perfect before it. I do not know why. I personally think it is attractive when a female sweats and workouts.
