Sushi

Had sushi last night for the first time and it was sort of gross. The one dish I had had seaweed wrapped around it . Not much taste but the texture was odd. And the other had baby fish eggs sprinkled on top of it. I did not much care for it and will never have to have it again. I like to try new things but this was out of my comfort zone.

Good sushi is really good, bad sushi is well.... BAD. Rolls can be hit or miss depending on how fresh the product used to make it is. Good fresh seafood that has been cleaned and prepped right should not taste or smell very "fishy."

MMM kelp. Sushi can be a bit of an acquired taste, but if you're going to go out for sushi, I really do suggest one of the more reputable places. My favorites have the bar where you can watch the chef make the different stuff. One of the best I've been to, you got whatever the chef felt like making.

I love it! Eat it whenever i get the chance. If I had my own chef, i would have it between every meal as a snack. Nomnom
