I lost 60lbs, then gained almost 10 good lbs back. That took me 2 years.

Weight was around 125lbs. Lifts were a 165 squat, 175 deadlift, 95 bench press, and about 8-10 pull-ups at one time. I didn't overhead press or front squat until later, and the first time I did those I put up 95lbs and 135lbs, respectively.

Two years later now, and I currently weigh about 145lbs and my best lifts have been a 385 squat, 475 deadlift, 235 bench press, +80x3 pull-up, 145 overhead press, and 315 front squat.

Started at 165 lbs bodyweight and squatted 100 lb max.
Now at 235 lb bodyweight and squat over 400 lb max.
But, 165 was too skinny and 235 is too fat, so look at that how you will...

In 2007 when I returned to lifting after an extended layoff I was 274 pounds and a sack of crap. I lost 46 pounds, then bulked back up to 274.

Both the starting and ending pics in these photos are at 274 pounds.

When I initially started lifting at the age of 18 I was about 5'10", 155 pounds. Small boned, weak as all get out. Couldn't bench 95 for 4 reps.

This is another pic of me around 230:

And the same weight/month in clothes:

This is me currently at 308:
