VHS tapes--yes I know, ancient technology--but the information is very good.

Westside Barbell/Louie Simmons Seminar on VHS.

The seminar is on 4 tapes. It also comes with a 1/2 inch thick manual and case. If I remember correctly, the seminar is 6-8 hours long. Everything is in perfect condition.

The Louie Simmons bench, deadlift, and squat videos are on 2 tapes (they are copies, not the originals, but are full in length). I'm also tossing in a compilation book of Westside articles and some other (unrelated) texts.

Not trying to make a mint, just wanting to see this stuff go to someone who wants to learn.

*Only issue is the size of the binder. It is too big to fit in a USPS flat rate priority box. I can either ship without it and save you money, or can ship in a bigger box and charge whatever the price may be.
