Gas is easiest to use.
Charcoal probably cooks better. But I hear that pellets make the tastiest food. I am lazy, I use gas

I use gas simply for convienence. However there is no doubting chracoal gets better flavors.
I have a weber: Genesis® E-310? Grill from Weber Grills and Accessories I love it and it is a great grill.

Gas is easier, but charcoal tastes much better. I have one of each here at the house. Just depends on the occasion to which we use.

If you're grilling, gas.
If you're BBQing, charcoal/wood. Ease is not an option, it depends on what you'll do more. 99% of people grill, so gas will do just fine. I have and can recco a Weber or Charbroil.
