I was tired of being fat and unhealthy so I decided to do something about it. I got into shape and then started lifting. By far the best thing I have ever done for myself.

Grew up in the WWF golden age, so I knew that I wanted muscles at an early age. Me and my brother had our first weight bench at about 12 years old. What's kept me going though has been taking civil service tests, passing pt. for the military, and overall appearance. Now my goal seeing that I turn 40 this coming summer is to stall old age. I remember when I used to go to World's Gym in Quincy, Mass. many moons ago that their was an older guy with white hair abouts mid to late 50's, who moved wicked weight, usually outlifting 95% of the younger lifters on any given day. I want to be that guy.
