Shaker with protein powder Lifting straps Phone - has a camera on it so I can video my lifts Change of clothes If the social club I belonged to didn't hate me so much already, I would bring chalk as well, but the sound of plates hitting the floor when I deadlift already has their teeth on edge.

I always forget about that. Keeping a record of what you did and how you felt and other variables will over time help you learn a lot about yourself and what works best for you.
