Great find! I'm like a roller coaster when it comes to my fan-ship of the pros like Jay. When I see things like this (which is rare) it puts it all into perspective and I have way more kudos to offer to Mr. Behar than I do Jay.

My bet would be, if Jay worked out just like he does now, but stayed natural, he would not look like Mr. Behar. I'm not saying any gear users don't have to work, but I guarantee, the strict diet and work that Mr. Behar probably does is above and beyond what these mega juiced guys ever have to even consider.
I would be very interested in following Mr. Behar for about 2 wks to see what he does. I have a video of Jay and he lives a pretty plush life and his workouts imo are not "balls to the wall". |
