Nope, no magical formula...you could try analysing what you did and at what time you did it, what you ate, drank etc...if there's something bothering you, that sort of thing; if none of those shed light on anything that could have been the cause, then it's just one of those things that happens once in a while, but if any of those are the cause, then just plan carefully in order to avoid the culprit.
Some people go and get a hot drink which works for them.

Sometimes reading a book helps, or just watching an extra half hour of TV to clear the mind. I have trouble getting to sleep if I workout too late in the day.

Make sure you get enough fats later in the day. That helps me sleep better.

Supps: Melatonin, extra vit B1 (100-250mg, prevents bad dreams for some reason), camomille tea, calcium/magnesium combo, ZMA.
Additions: Jerking off also works, or a fatty/proteinrich meal, chickens, steaks or eggs or something.
