Valentines day and I have no money
 

I have very little money so I am looking for ideas. What can I do for my girlfriend and mom that don't require a lot of cash but that could wow them?

For mother:
Write her a letter telling her how you love her and thank her for everything. Give her a big hug and spend some time with her. Parents just want to know they are loved and appreciated.

For girlfriend:
Picnic in the park or rent a movie she wants to see and pop some popcorn.

The commercialism of Valentines day sucks anyways. Just show that you care.

For your girlfriend make a list of the 10 things you like best about her. Next take her on a walk or drive and when you're far away from home stop and read the list to her. The entire way home keep your mouth shut and ask her questions about herself to show her you are really interested. Listen and don't speak.

Seriously, "Honey-Do" Coupons work well and cost nothing but your time..

Make them tasks that you know your partner hates to do, or maybe tasks that they nag you about all the time..

But also put some fun ones in there:

Good for 1 15 Minute Full Body Massage
Good for 1 Hour of No Sports Watching on TV
Good For 1 Couples "Spin" class instead of Weight Training.
Good For 1 Hour of Weight Training instruction :D

Soft music, candle light, a dark chocolate candy bar and a 30 minute back rub.

Candles are great. If she likes to be read to, light several candles and just read a book she enjoys.

Write your gf a poem. It comes from the heart and the ladies love that.
