What was the last thing you ate? I just ate a chocolate rice cake with crunchy peanut butter on top of it.

turkey and roast beef sandwich

Chicken in the crock pot with bacon, fried chicken skin, carrots, onion, spinach, butter and topped with cheddar cheese.

Bacon, egg, button mushrooms, and fries. :)

Taco Salad with
18 oz ground beef
4 oz pepper jack
1 avocado
1/3 cup sour cream

(you can tell I'm bulking because its been a couple hours and I'm wondering when dinner is)
