If you are representing the site, the things you listed should be a minimum. The people should be those who are inline with the goals of MAB. Posting outside your log should be something your doing anyway if your wanting to grow as a lifter.

I think those rules are good. That is definitely a minimum.

I admit I need to post outside of my log more. I try my best. Lets get it done this year guys! Time for MAB to grow!
