Default 2012 check in

9 days into 2012. How is everyone doing with their goals this year. Are you off to a fast start or stalling out of the gate? It took me several days to get my eating plan on track but I am now 5 days strong.

Partially stalling out of the gate but then the tortoise beat the hare, so no real rush

Just decided I really wanted to get back into weightlifting. I have been doing things to improve my body though and have already had a lifting session.

So far so good. I have been to the gym a few times and I do like it. I am wanting to make a goal to lift 2 times a week.
