I have no children myself, but I've been around them forever since I have an older sibling who had 4, and they had kids...

This thread is dedicated to the kooky, annoying, sweet or boneheaded things kids do or say.

Here's a scenario I constructed after BtB commented in my log. I'll repost it here to get things started.

Ahem...

If you take your children to the pool, you get no peace:

"dad."
"Dad."
"DAD!"
"DAAAAAAAAD!!!!!"
- "What son?"
"Watch me!"

Boy jumps in the pool.

- "Nice one son."

"Dad"
"DAD! Did you see me? DAD?"

I've seen it a hundred times! LOL

The last 3 days (literally) for me have been:

Dad, I am a police dog and my name is Sparkly.
Dad, I am a police dog and my name is Sparkly.
Dad, I am a police dog and my name is Sparkly.
Dad, I am a police dog and my name is Sparkly.

Apparently I still do this sort of thing when my girlfriend is on the phone. Suddenly the most minute things require her attention, like getting something down from a tall shelf.

Gotta love kids. They just make the world smile:)
