Default Anyone training today (1st Jan 2012)?

So, has anybody trained today or have intentions of training today?



I'm hoping to get some KB-work in later, at least that was the plan yesterday Not entirely sure that it will come to fruition, we'll see.

Yup. Mostly cardio on the treadmill...

60 minutes, 4.3 miles. About 50/50 walk run, up to 6.5mph...

Also, a quick circuit of lightweights to pump up a bit...
