The best part of the video is the music and how it cuts out when he's just holding the barbell up at the top.
I wonder what that dude squats?

I love the music.

Far be it for me to make fun of the disabled, and I think this bench jedi has a some serious physical ailment he is trying to overcome, but I gotta say this compilation made me laugh.

However, a sobering note was that I doubt I could hold 205 overhead and rep it as many times as this dude did in 2 min hip flex or no hip flex.

What does that say about me?
