Goals 2012: A look ahead.
Figured I'd kick this off.
Squat: 300kg Bench: 200kg Deadlift: 300kg 90-93kg equipped class. |
To beat my 2011 package.

Short term (i.e. end of Q1 2012)
Squat - 250kg Bench Press - 170kg Deadlift - 260kg all unequipped Long term Squat - 260kg unequipped Bench - 227.5kg/500lbs equipped & 180 unequipped Deadlift - 280 unequipped |
650kgs total raw at nationals in April and then learn gear and move towards the same numbers as Fazc: 300/200/300. All at 100kgs BW.
