Deadlift win - 700x2 off of 3" blocks. Squat win - 600 at UPA Nationals. Bench Press semi-win - 450 max w/Slingshot in the dungeon. Military Press - wo win, but hit 315. I am happy with this. I set goals I thought were reasonable, but hard to achieve and hit nearly 3 out of 4.

I am very fortunate just to have gotten back to the gym this year, due to some major health issues. I feel i have made some good gains already, or at least got back what I lost after 10 months out of the game!
So that in itself is BIG to me for this year! In the 3 months that I have been back I see improvements in my legs when I look down @ them (better than before) Once I get the ole arm fixed it is 'ON LIKE DONKEY KONG!'
