damn.. i put the wrong weight for deadlifts in my post and it was so long ago i can't edit it!
2012 GOALS:

My goals for 2012 are (in no particular order cause they are all important):
- Stick to my strength routine without getting distracted - Stay in caloric surplus, from healthy food - Gain at least 10 kgs of weight - Quit smoking as planned on feb 15th and never look back |
