My goals are pretty similar to this;

Deadlift - 180kg
Squat - 150kg
Bench - 120kg
Rows - 100kg
Press - 80kg

& do all this at 12st (76kg's) so I need to lose around 15 - 20lbs.

Roll it on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you BtB. I feel these goals are realistic, I don't think I'm aiming too far ahead with these figures. I KNOW with regular training that I can smash this in 12 months time.

My goals are to also stop biting my nails. I think this will be harder than Deadlifting

If I put the numbers any higher I would be aiming too high. I feel these numbers are realistic enough for me to push myself.

Maybe I'm aiming too high to stop biting my nails

Deadlift goal - 405
Squat goal - 350
Bench goal - 255

That would put me firmly in the 1000# club.

Body weight goal 225.

Yeah, my number one goal is to stay healthy, both to stay in the weightroom consistently and for my family too.

Assuming I can do that, I too am aiming at 1000 total.

Squat 325
Bench 275
Deadlift 405
I also would like to clean and press 205 to a lesser extent,
and I'd like to participate in one powerlifting competition by the end of next year.

We'll see.

Be happy and healthy, as well as run as much as I can and get my legs pumped up.
