My main goal is to get my torn gluteus medius fixed up as fast as possible to be able to lift heavy again, and i will let this take its time and do bb-type stuff and rehab meanwhile to add some size and flexibility.
When this is done, my goals for 2012 is Squat - 200kg Deadlift - 280kg Benchpress -150kg Strict Press -110kg Powerclean - 140kg Lets smash it!!

My main goals for 2012 are to:
Figure out what is wrong with my leg and hopefully walk again without a limp or assistance Drop to 15% bf or less Be able to do at least 5 unassisted pullups Bench at least 350# In that priority order.

Squat 500 raw Deadlift 550 press a 300 pound log and 275 axle win a NAS contest drop some body flub spontaneously impregnate women with my gaze pretty much in that order

Deadlift 250kg
Squat 200kg Bench 140kg Compete Stick around 90kg maybe 100kg. These are the goals I will be working towards in 2012, whether it's realistic to think I will achieve these in 2012 I have no idea but I will be giving it my all.
