I just got off the phone to these clowns, after a few simple questions to which the lady on the phone didn't know the answer to her solution was to get very rude & angry. Her manager was not much better and seemed more dismissive than anything else. My manner through the entire conversation was calm.

Do not buy from these idiots.

I was looking to return a bar that I bought, so needed to order some return papers. The lady suggested I just refuse delivery, it was when I asked what would be the best option to either refuse delivery or return the items myself that she didn't know the answer. I think she was embarrassed that she didn't know since it was her own suggestion and then got angry.
