It's one of the more unusual gym videos out there. Is it real? I hope it is. If so, where do you think Iron Mike is today? Did he go onto head-butting the bar with even greater weights? Or is he in a psychiatric institute?

So many unresolved questions.

Also, I don't understand the thread title :)

I was expecting to see him knock himself out cold with a barbell curl...now that's something you could never boast about :D

It's from a comedian named yakov smirnoff. He used wordplay to compare America to Russia.

I believe it is real. At some point another gym member places a pad on the bar for Iron Mike and appears to be annoyed with him.

Mike does seem a little crazy, perhaps the product of drugs. Who knows...

Since he was not moving the bar much, I thought it was more appropriate to claim that the bar was moving him...thus the Soviet meme reference.
