I know how bad he wanted a 500 squat. His passing is just hard to comprehend.

I saw Al's facebook post on this and was just shocked... I can't imagine him not out there willing his way to a 500+ squat.

I didn't really know him or interact with him here on the forum, but my thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family.
For the guys on this forum that were friends with him, my thoughts and prayers are also with you.
