No, nothing like that. They haven't been producing well these past few games. Still, that doesn't justify firing the guy who turned your garbage-ass team into an elite team of athletes.
When I first started watching caps, it was $10 a ticket to get into a game. No one cared about the caps, and they were almost never mentioned on the news. Now its like 50-60 for nose bleeds and people are rocking the red everywhere. He took a team that had lost like 8-12 straight games, and hadn't seen a playoff in over 8 years, to being division champs and going to the playoffs repeatedly.

Not a sterling record by any means, but its a little early in the season to make decisions like that, IMO. Although, I have heard "talk" about them possibly canning Bruce because he always gets them to the playoffs, but they never go further. However, that to me seemed like gossip.
Never thought they'd actually do it.... I guess only time will tell.
