Someone moved out of our complex and threw this Power House bench out. I grabbed it for smaller people like Mac that cant reach the bar on my O-Bench and use lighter weights. Free is Free. lol

Yep. I may re-upholster the pads theres a few small holes but no rust or bends. Light enough to keep tucked away but get it out for Mac or someone to use the leg developer. Not like moving my O-Bench around. lol

If this one wasn't free I never would have grabed it.
But free its a great starter bench for a 11 year old (Mac). His arms dont reach the bar on my bench even with the rack set as low as they go.

Nice! and great idea to re-upholster, it's not something a lot of people think of when there are minor issues with coverings, they normally just ditch it and buy new.
