The other day, I was getting ready for work, and I couldn't find my keys. I looked in the Bed Room, Bath Room, Car, Kitchen, for more than 20 minutes. They were in my pocket. ![]() (Off Topic: When I look to see who is online, the Testosterone thread sure is popular, many "guests" just look at that thread, but do not register. LOL......)

It drives revenue for the site. Unregistered guest see Google ads and MAB makes a little cash.

My biggest brain fart...by far...
When I get a headache, I often forget if I took 2 Advil. This happens nearly every other time.

I'm incredibly absent-minded. The excuse I use is that my brain is working on a higher spiritual and intellectual plane, so I don't have space for everyday nonsense
![]() Mine are: I regularly look for things I'm actually holding in my hand (keys, pen, glasses etc). I took out some waste paper to put in the bin (aka the trash) and put my wallet in there too (someone else discovered it after we had hunted for hours, then I remembered I'd been holding my wallet when I went outside). My Dad bought me a watch for my 21st birthday. I lost it almost immediately. Years later, my Mom discovered it in a tin of cake-making equipment. I have no idea to this day how it got in there. I have huge problems with face recognition and regularly muddle people up. I did this last year, for example, when I invited the Avon Lady (a door-to-door cosmetics salesperson) in and offered her a cup of tea, because I thought it was the next-door neighbour. I lose my credit card/keys/memory stick at least once a week. Fortunately, my wife knows the precise location of every single object in the house. I have the worst sense of direction of anyone I've ever met. A few years back, I lived and worked in a small town (about 8,000 people). I had some books to carry one day and drove the half -mile from work to home. However, I got completely lost on the way and ended up in the neighbouring village, completely bewildered as to how I got there. I could go on, but point made. |

We should also have a thread titled: Our WTF! Moments.
My oldest son, running around the house getting ready for a wedding. He was stressed and full of anxiety of getting ready, making sure he had everything, and looked nice in his suit. So, with helping him the other (day), he is blindly looking around his bed room, bathroom, etc, etc, etc. I asked him, "what are you looking for?" My glasses. I said there on your face, son. Oh,,, and he runs out to the car and drives to the wedding. lol, priceless.

A few years ago, for some unknown reason, I wanted to put a small amount of water from the tap into another object and figured I could use the sieve to accomplish said task with...
...my somewhat flawed theory was, that if I moved fast enough it should hold some water...of course, you all know what happens if you try and get water to remain in a sieve...and it really doesn't matter how fast the tap is running either

Earlier this year I got out of my car and for no reason threw my keys on the seat and then locked and closed the door.
