MAB Crucifex Challenge!
This is the world record: How long can you hold the crucifix? Hold it the longest and win the challenge. Here are the rules: * It has to be 2 x 10kg DBs * The upper arm has to remain at a 90 degree angle (or above) to the shoulder for the duration of the lift Challenge ends November 30th! Completed times to-date: 5kgLifter: 56 seconds (5kg DBs) BendtheBar: 26 seconds (25lb DBs)

That's pretty awesome. . .but I don't think I'll be able to find a 22.0462262185lb dumbell anywhere. Good luck rest of the world!

I'm using 25 pounds. Doesn't really matter if it's 22.5 or 25. Do what you can do.
