To best of my knowledge, they have not announced how they will handle players wanting to leave. As has been noted, with camps starting next week, they might can walk on somewhere but few if any can transfer with a scholarship.

IMHO, the scholarship hit is the hardest. It will keep PSU in the basement for a decade or more. The wins vacated? Players know they won, it only hurts in a statisticians record book somewhere.
