In all honesty, it drives me crazy how not hard people work in the gym. I've had days where I trained after 18+ hours of fasting and was running on nothing but caffiene and BCAA's and I still out-trained anyone at my gym. They all rest too long AND train too light. They focus too much on form when doing isolation movements where form doesn't matter that much, then use horrible form on heavy compounds where form is extremely important. It's all back-asswards.
