Diet is 90%
Excuse my self-indulgence but I had to post a thought that came to mind this morning:

It makes perfect sense to me.

These equations are more like chemical equations than algebraic equations. Limiting factors have to be taken into account. If you have plenty of a, but not enough of b, it won't matter how much more a you add, still no reaction. Makes sense to me.

I try and avoid writing about *equations* for things that aren't quantifiable.
I'm perfectly happy if someone say's Training is more important that Diet, or Diet is only a major relevance when training is in order. Having said that, that's only an issue with the way it's put, the actual message seems sound. :) |
What I tend to run into quite often is something we talked about this week...trainees with precision diets, but who haven't progressed in weight in 2 years.
The only percentage I know is that 90% aren't training hard enough. MAB excluded of course. :arnold::arnold::arnold: |
I don't even understand the first post :o I may be half asleep though, that's my excuse anyway :)
|
My point is that if you aren't training hard, your food intake is merely calories. It may be healthy calories, but it's just calories.
