For the lifts I can do, I'm between a high Advanced and a low Elite

I was intrigued enough by the press numbers on these tables to plot the "advanced" values for these lifts w.r.t. bodyweight for different exercises. Here's the plot. If the table is to be believed, it looks like lifters with lower bodyweights have an advantage when it comes to weight lifted to bodyweight ratio.

There also seems to be a trend for diminishing returns with increase in bodyweight. Here's a plot showing the %age increase expected for advanced lifters as they move up by one weight class.

Obviously, the absolute numbers dont have much meaning on their own, but I think the general trend that comes out is interesting.

Press - Advanced
Bench - Intermediate
Squat - Advanced
Dead - Advanced
P/C - Intermediate
I wouldn't say 'easy'! Certainly, the advanced figures are achieveable for most but still, relatively few people get there.
The gap between elite and advanced is striking though!

No kidding. Comparing elite to elite, many 105kg guys are cleaning higher than 220kg. Even lighter guys in the 77 and 85 and 94kg classes are cleaning up in the 200's. Sure not a 'power' clean but not a lot of weight has to be removed to catch the bar in a half-squat.

I didn't mean easy in the sense of physical and mental strain/effort put into any particular training; one would certainly have to work hard. Achievable/manageable was the message I'm going for. Would take a few years to reach, but it can be reached quickly relative to the whole of a training career. Also keep in mind that I'm referring to those who "train" and not those who merely "workout." And yes, the gap is high, but than again elite wouldn't be "elite" if everyone could do it...

Nice charts ya put up too.
